Ciudades almacenes para entregas a tiempo
Las ciudades logísticas son un concepto que está creciendo en países donde el comercio electrónico ha modificado los patrones históricos de compra y venta, donde la evidencia muestra el incremento anual de adquisición de productos desde la web o el Smartphone.
De esta forma, los servicios logísticos tienen frente a ellos un gran reto del mundo moderno. Nuevos métodos de almacenaje son requeridos, ahora que las grandes ciudades tienen menos espacios para el resguardo de encomiendas, pero que deben ser entregados a tiempo evitando colapsos.
Si bien la comodidad de comprar desde la oficina o el hogar, se ha convertido en tendencia, también es cierto que los retrasos en las entregas de encomiendas existen y perjudican la imagen de tiendas que ofrecen el servicio de entrega, sea logística dependiente o independiente.
Los metros cuadrados para almacenajes están en auge, gracias al aumento de las compras por internet, algunas empresas han decidido invertir en almacenes ubicados en espacios que antes no tenían ningún tipo de infraestructura, buscando entregar a tiempo y acorde a los requerimientos.
Recientemente, Walmart en China ha decidido actualizar sus cadenas de suministro en 10 centros de distribución para impulsar el comercio electrónico, garantizando con ello, el almacenaje de más de 4 mil productos que requieren refrigeración.
Otro caso está en España, la reconocida marca de cervezas Mahou, ha adquirido poco más de 250 mil metros cuadrados, entre Madrid y Barcelona, donde construirá espacios de almacenaje para productos propios, y otros disponibles para rentar.

Recently, Walmart in China has decided to update its supply chains in 10 distribution centers to boost electronic commerce, guaranteeing the storage of more than 4 thousand products that require refrigeration.
Another case is in Spain, the renowned Mahou beer brand has acquired just over 250 thousand square meters, between Madrid and Barcelona, where it will build storage spaces for its own products, and others available for rent.
